Practice Heeling to a Sit, Sit to a Down, and Down Stays. Remember to be consistent, 0 tolerance! 11:00 Intermediate Class: Work on down stays. Praise if the dog stays down. If the dog gets up, correct using the long dark road. Don’t call your dog out of the down-always go back and praise and heel the dog out.
